Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach, responsible for assessing teams, designing and embedding a Product Team Operating Model, leading Jira adoption and migration, training stakeholders, and driving sustainable Agile maturity across the organisation

6-month contract

Based in Hatfield (2/3 days onsite per week)

£600/day

The Agile Coach leads the adoption of the Product Team Framework, encompassing Agile best practices, agreed ways of working and supporting tooling.

Reporting to the Head of Agile Practice, the role engages an individual team or a group of teams through the established team engagement process.

The Agile Coach works with each engagement to:

• Understand the team and the challenges it faces.

• Create a clear 'to-be' model that defines the target end state (within the Framework) that addresses the identified challenges.

• Provides Agile and Jira (and other relevant tool) training to build team capability.

• Migrates the team’s work into Jira and supports the adoption until all agreed work is being managed within Jira.

• Manage stakeholders affected by the change, building understanding, commitment and ownership throughout the engagement.

• Embed continuous improvement so the team can sustain and evolve the new ways of working.

Once the team or group of teams has adopted the framework, manages its work in Jira and has reached a sustainable continuous-improvement state, the Agile Coach transitions to the next engagement.
