ServiceNow Finance Knowledge Management Consultant

We’re supporting a global enterprise through a large-scale ServiceNow transformation and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Finance Knowledge Management Consultant to join the programme.

Location: Remote / London

Contract: Until December 2026

Start: Early October

The role:

Working within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Knowledge Management team, you’ll lead Knowledge Management activities across the Finance function. You’ll help define requirements, shape processes and support the design and delivery of the future-state ServiceNow Knowledge solution.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Knowledge Management activities across the Finance function
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Map current and future-state Finance Knowledge Management processes
• Define user and author criteria, governance and approval processes
• Support the design of ServiceNow Knowledge, search and portal capabilities
• Facilitate workshops and work closely with Finance, Technology and programme stakeholders
• Challenge existing processes and requirements where appropriate
• Take ownership of the Knowledge Management workstream and drive activities through to delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Knowledge Management experience within a Finance or Finance Shared Services environment
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module, including search, user criteria and portal functionality
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and producing process documentation
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and independently driving workstreams
• Experience with Epiplex is highly desirable
• Background in Finance Transformation, Shared Services or Enterprise Service Management is advantageous
