We’re working with a growing specialist management consultancy that partners with private equity investors, healthcare businesses, corporates and public sector organisations on high-impact strategic and commercial projects.
The firm is entrepreneurial, collaborative and focused on delivering rigorous, insight-led advice to clients across international markets.
The Opportunity
As a Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in the delivery of client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the development of both clients and the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading client engagements across multiple workstreams
- Managing client interactions and coordinating project analysis
- Developing and delivering high-quality, client-ready reports and presentations
- Drafting proposals and supporting business development activity
- Managing, coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting senior leaders with existing client and advisor relationships
- Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
- Supporting the continued growth of the firm through recruitment and knowledge development
What we’re looking for
- Around 3 years’ professional experience, including experience with a leading management consulting firm
- Proven experience across buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and strategy projects
- Ideally, experience within healthcare, pharma, life sciences or MedTech
- Strong problem-solving, project management and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable visualisations
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior clients
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- French, German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be advantageous
