Job Description
Non Executive Director roles x 3 £5000 pa - hybrid one to two days a month (Fixed Term - up to 3 years)
Sempra Homes Ltd, subsidiary of Basildon Council, was established to provide high-quality new homes for the borough of Basildon.
Sempra has a sucessful track record of delivery and is at an exciting time in its journey to review the company’s business and strategic operating model to provide a pipeline of delivery over the coming years.
We are seeking to recruit 3x Non Executive Directors, from a senior/director level or equivalent experience with a background in Audit & Risk, Construction Development, Finance, Legal or Governance.
The NED will provide strategic oversight, independent challenge, and provide support to the Sempra Homes Board and Service lead ensuring effective governance and sound decision-making.
